Last month, we were thrilled to exhibit at one of the highlights of our calendar – ChemUK 2025!

The ESSLAB team had an incredible time reconnecting with industry friends, partners, customers, and plenty of familiar faces. The buzz of the event provided a fantastic opportunity for the team to find out more about the latest innovations, exchange ideas, and hear directly from our customers about what’s happening in their labs – and where we can support them!

This year, we were proud to collaborate with Inorganic Ventures and Macherey-Nagel, showcasing a wide range of their products at our stand. These products sparked some truly engaging conversations around applications and solutions in the field. It was also fantastic to catch up with valued partners like Sartorius and OHAUS – always a pleasure!

After what can only be described as an 'eventful' journey to San Diego, involving a number of cancelled and missed flights, our CEO, Cliff, and Managing Director, Richard, have spent the last few days flying the ESSLAB flag at Pittcon.

It's always great to catch up with the familiar faces of our partners across the globe, including Macherey-Nagel, HPC Standards, Inorganic Ventures and ePrep. Pittcon has also been a great opportunity to meet with new contacts from the laboratory world.

For now, it's back to normality for a couple of weeks before doing it all over again at Analytica in Munich!

Each year, we close our doors for a few weeks over the festive period to allow our wonderful team a well-deserved break.

This year, our office will close at 12:30pm on Friday 22nd December and will remain closed until our normal opening hours resume on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

Please see revisions to our shipping dates below;

UK Shipments:

The last UK shipments will leave our warehouse on Thursday 21st December, this includes customer collections.

European Shipments:

The cut-off date for shipments headed to Europe will be in the week commencing 11th December.

Rest of World:

Any shipments with an end destination outside of the UK or Europe will be sent no later than the week commencing 4th December. This is to ensure there is adequate time for these shipments to clear customs before our offices close in December.

We're delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for the Lab Awards at Lab Innovations again this year.

We are delighted to announce that ESSLAB have been appointed as the Preferred Distributor of the full Chem Service range in the UK.

Chem Service manufacture High Purity Analytical Standards, accredited to ISO 17034 and ISO 17025.

We look forward to working more closely with Chem Service and continuing to provide high quality products to our customers.
