Total Organic & Inorganic Carbon

All of Waters ERA's CRMs are prepared using carefully controlled processes that are scrutinized under Waters ERA's ISO accreditation. 

Inorganic Carbon (IC) is derived from non-living sources and it exists in pharmaceutical waters as carbonate, bicarbonate, and dissolved carbon dioxide (CO₂). Whether your instrument qualifies IC as part of a different calculation or removes it as part of a non-purgeable method of TOC determination, your instruments ability to remove and/or measure IC must be validated.
