- EC HPLC column (analytical), NUCLEODUR π², 3 µm, 150x4 mm
Hydrophobic phase with alternative selectivity compared to classical C18 modifications. The separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. This provides better retention of aromatic and unsaturated substances. This stationary HPLC phase is based on high purity NUCLEODUR silica gel and shows excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions.
