This high density C18 phase based on core-shell technology silica gel particles with its endcapping suppresses any unwanted polar interactions between the silica surface and the sample, which makes it particularly suitable for the separation of basic and other ionizable analytes. Due to the enhanced pH stability, LC/MS suitability and superior base deactivation (BDS) it is a perfect choice to speed up RP applications.
