Method 8270B is applicable for determination of semivolatile organic compounds by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) by capillary column technique.
This method is used to determine the concentration of semivolatile organic compounds in extracts prepared from all types of solid waste matrices, soils, and ground water.
Direct injection of a sample may be used in limited applications. Prior to using this method, the samples should be prepared for chromatography using the appropriate sample preparation and cleanup methods.
This method describes chromatographic conditions that will allow for the separation of the compounds in the extract, and for their qualitative and quantitative analysis, by mass spectrometry.
Method 625 is used to determine the semivolatile toxic organic pollutants associated with the Clean Water Act (as amended 1987), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (as amended 1986), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (as amended 1986), and other (base/ neutrals and acids) compounds amenable to being partitioned into an organic solvent and analyzed by GC/MS. Method 1625 (Revision B 1991) is designed to determine the semivolatile toxic organic pollutants associated with the 1976 Consent Decree, and additional compounds amenable to extraction and analysis by capillary column gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The method is designed to meet the survey requirements of Effluent Guidelines Division (EGD) and the National Pollutants Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) under 40 CFR 138.1EPA/USP Method:
Din 38407 Glyphosate and AMPA MIX (Part 22) is a German standard method applicable for the identification and measurement of glyphosate and aminomethyl phosphic acid (AMPA) in water, waste water, and sludge by post-column derivation using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. DIN 38407 Pesticide Free Acid Mixture & Methyl Esters Mixture (Part 14) is a German standard method applicable for the identification and measurement of phenoxyalkanecarboxylic acids in water, waste water and sludge by solid-liquid extraction and derivation using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC/MS). DIN 38407 Pesticide Mixture (Part 2) is a German standard method application for the identification and measurement of low-volatility halogenated hydrocarbons in water, waste water and sludge using gas chromatography (GC). DIN 38407 Pesticide Mixture (Part 11) is a German standard method application for the identification and measurement of select organic plant protecting agents in water, waste water and sludge.
