- Base Neutrals Matrix Spiking Mixture #A, High Concentration
Product Description:
Method 8270B is applicable for determination of semivolatile organic compounds by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) by capillary column technique.
This method is used to determine the concentration of semivolatile organic compounds in extracts prepared from all types of solid waste matrices, soils, and ground water.
Direct injection of a sample may be used in limited applications. Prior to using this method, the samples should be prepared for chromatography using the appropriate sample preparation and cleanup methods.
This method describes chromatographic conditions that will allow for the separation of the compounds in the extract and for their qualitative and quantitative analysis, by mass spectrometry.
