- EC UHPLC column (analytical), NUCLEODUR Phenyl-Hexyl, 1.8 µm, 100x3 mm
This hydrophobic phase is based on high purity NUCLEODUR silica gel and modified with phenylhexyl. This RP phase gives an alternative selectivity in comparison to classical C18 modifications. Separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. Due to low bleeding characteristics this UHPLC phase is suitable for LC/MS.
