- EC HPLC column (analytical), NUCLEOSHELL Phenyl-Hexyl, 2.7 µm, 100x4 mm
This hydrophobic phase is based on core-shell technology silica gel particles and modified with phenylhexyl. This RP phase gives an alternative selectivity in comparison to classical C18 modifications. Separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. Due to low bleeding characteristics this UHPLC/HPLC phase is suitable for LC/MS.
