- EC HPLC column (analytical), NUCLEOSHELL Biphenyl, 2.7 µm, 100x4 mm
Hydrophobic phase with alternative selectivity compared to classical C18 modifications. The separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. This provides better retention of aromatic and unsaturated substances. This stationary HPLC phase is based on core-shell technology silica gel particles and shows excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions. Suitable for LC/MS due to low bleeding characteristics.
