General Information:

A systemic pyrimidine fungicide used to control various fungal infections in rice and a few other crops. Isomeric, existing in the E- and Z-forms. The name Ferimzone only refers to the Z-isomer of the compound, as this is more stable. The mixture of both isomers is called meferimzone (CAS number: 77359-18-3).
