General Information:
Carfentrazone-ethyl is a commonly used herbicide. It has a low aqueous solubility, a low volatility and, based on its chemical properties, would not normally be expected to leach to groundwater. It is not normally persistent in soil or water systems. It has a low mammalian toxicity and no significant negative health effects have been identified. It is moderately toxicity to most species.
